Here are some Instance/Raid rolls.
The guild is on a need/greed system. Everyone selects greed unless it is needed by an individual. The individual(s) that need it will state in party/raid chat that they need that once they got the OK from one or two individuals then they can select need. If there is an enchanter in the party then before the instance individuals can discuss whether or not the BOP (bind on pickup) item will be needed by the enchanter if no one needs it and then rolled for or kept by the enchanter. If this was not agreed upon before the instance then even BOP items will be roll on as a need/greed bases.
Note: Keep in mind your fellow guild members, if you have rescently received an item(s) help the guild by letting other member upgrade their gear as well. We are only successful if everyone's gear is good. Communicate prior to Needing so others know your level of need so as a group you can decide who is most in need.
There are some instances when a master loot system will be used. The master looter will have the individual(s) that could use the item roll on it and the master looter will distribute accordingly. Please see master looter description at http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/info/basics/parties.html for further details. When Needing the Lootmaster will ask you present your current item so level of need can be determined.
In the guild tab if you highlight you player there is a Note: box you should state your professions and at what level you are at that profession. Exp. Enchant 250. If you have multiple characters you can also put ALT of X where X is your main. If there is not enough room and you are not an officer then please ask an officer to enter some of the information in the officer notes.

Control is based Lvl of Toon and which Tab they can access... Also guild rank controls # of times that can be taken per day. If you need something you can not access please talk to an Officer or Guild Master.
